Anastasia is a project leader full of ideas and energy. She creates The Green Circuit, a zero waste drive with local products sold in short supply chains. Highlighting the producers in her region and offering a more responsible mode of consumption, that's what she knows how to do. But when it comes to communicating about her project and its values, she doesn't know where to start. She needs advice, to think about a global brand strategy, and to create a identity. She knocks on the door of 148 Collective Agency…

And it’s the right door! We love it when there’s everything to create like this! Gaétan, our creative director, can express all his creativity. Starting from a finely established brief. We begin by studying the brand's positioning, its universe, its competitors. We listen to the client about their values and what image they wish to convey. From there, we think in the form of a moodboard and propose three graphic universes: colors, textures, packaging ideas. Anastasia chooses a modern, playful, and dynamic universe, natural and raw, highlighting the products. Our idea is to create a modular identity. A logo of course, but also a whole range of graphic variations, stickers that will embellish the future packaging of the products to indicate for example their origin, composition, or cooking time.
Another essential strategic foundation: the brand platform. Once again, Le Circuit Vert calls on the consulting strength of 148 Agence Collective and its methodology. Defining a brand platform means addressing several fundamental questions: what is my company's mission, who is its target audience and positioning, what are its values?

It is by relying on a clear tool that one can move forward efficiently, gather their teams around their project, and define a coherent communication strategy. We are proposing to Circuit Vert a strategic plan centered around two major axes. The creation of a showcase website and a communication plan on social media, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Before the launch of her drive, Anastasia needs an initial website to bring her start-up to life and lend credibility to her project, both to local producers to entice them to join the adventure and to future customers. This site tells the story of the project, displays its values, and allows visitors to discover the brand universe of Circuit Vert. She is also provided with a editorial charter, which ensures consistency in content and form for the current site and for future publications.

To generate buzz, Anastasia needs to communicate on social media. Here too, a turnkey solution is proposed. Various posts are created for her on different themes. Some are very visual, while others are more contextual and highlight a product, for instance by listing the ingredients of the zero-waste toothpaste or suggesting a small everyday action that benefits the planet. All these posts are reusable templates: the content and text can be easily modified to create new ones.
